A revenue picture leadership can trust
Pipeline definitions, forecasting, CRM and data leadership can rely on, with AI where it helps.
The challenge
Where revenue operations break down
Pipeline nobody believes.
Stages, definitions and discipline differ by rep and region.
Forecasts that surprise.
Leadership learns about misses after the quarter.
Systems that slow the team.
CRM and tools built for reporting, not for selling.
Data in silos.
Marketing, sales, partner and finance data do not meet.

Operations in service of selling

The operations are designed for sellers and leaders, not only for reports.
Definitions before dashboards.
Clean data and shared rules come first.
AI on a sound base.
Automation and scoring only where the data supports them.
Questions
Do we need a new CRM?
Usually not. Most gains come from definitions, configuration and discipline.
How quickly does forecast accuracy improve?
Within a few forecast cycles once definitions and cadence are in place.
Is this an IT project?
No. It is a commercial operations project with technology in a supporting role.
We already have a methodology—will you force a new one?
No. We start with the way your team works, identify what is useful and examine where it breaks down. We improve or replace specific parts when there is a commercial reason to do so, rather than impose a new methodology for its own sake.
Do you only work with Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.?
The starting point is your commercial workflow and the systems you already use, not a requirement to buy a particular CRM. We assess what the current stack supports and agree any changes or integrations as part of the scope. Compatibility with a particular product is checked for the assignment, not assumed.
Do we have to rip and replace our tech stack?
Not by default. We assess the current systems, data and workflows first, preserve what works and identify the gaps that matter commercially. Replacing a tool is one possible decision, not a prerequisite for improving revenue operations.
Who owns RevOps when you leave?
The intended owner is your team. We agree responsibilities, build capability during the work and plan the handover of processes, documentation and decision-making. The specific internal owner and any continuing support are agreed in the assignment.
Is this only for big enterprises?
No. The work is shaped to the commercial situation and the capacity of the team. An assignment may concern a growing company, a mid-market business or a particular division, revenue line or market in a larger enterprise.
Will this create more bureaucracy?
The purpose is to make the commercial work clearer and easier to run. We examine where process, reporting or handoffs create friction, and agree the operating rhythm and responsibilities the team actually needs. More meetings or reporting are not outcomes in themselves.
Do we need to replace our current CRM or martech stack to use AI?
Not by default. We start with the workflow, data and systems already in place, then assess where AI or automation could help. Any connector, additional tool or replacement must earn its place in the proposed approach and be agreed with you.
