What you can expect

What you can expect

Experienced people who have run commercial teams in this sector, who start from your situation and who work with your team on the real work, not around it.

  • Focused assessment You need an outside view before committing: a market, a business, a plan or a pricing model.

  • Defined programme You know the priority and need it designed and delivered: a market entry, a pricing change, a partner motion, a revenue-operations rebuild.

  • Hands-on support The team needs senior capacity now: live deals, partners, a stretched commercial organisation, interim or fractional leadership.

Ways to start in full

None of the three is compulsory: we agree the scope and starting point with you.

Questions companies ask

Do you only work with private equity-backed companies?

No. Many of our clients are backed by private equity, and we also work directly with independent companies and their leadership teams.

Do we have to start with a diagnostic?

No. A focused assessment is useful when a situation needs an outside view before committing, and we will recommend one when it helps. If you already know what needs doing, we can start there.

How do you work with our team?

Alongside them. We agree the priorities and roles at the start, work with your people on the real work and help build the capability to carry it forward.

How do you handle conflicts between strategy recommendations and our creative/content priorities?

We make the commercial choices and creative priorities explicit rather than assume that one must override the other. Audience evidence, distribution options, pricing and partnership economics can inform the discussion. The leadership team retains the decisions about the content, brand and trade-offs it is prepared to make.

What if we’re targeting multiple M&E segments (e.g., streaming + advertising + licensing)? Can you support complex, multi-revenue-stream businesses?

Yes. We look at the business across its relevant revenue streams, including subscription, advertising, licensing and distribution. That means understanding the buyers and economics of each stream, and where pricing, packaging, partnerships or sales choices reinforce or conflict with one another.
