- Solves
Give the commercial team its time back
Commercial workflows redesigned and automated so people spend their time where it counts.
The challenge
Where capacity disappears
Manual research and preparation.
Hours spent before every call and proposal.
Hand-offs between teams.
Marketing, sales, partners and customer teams pass work around.
Reporting for its own sake.
Updates and decks that nobody uses to decide.
Tools that add steps.
Each system brings its own routine.
What you take forward
The deliverables you hold at the end of the work.
- Workflow map and waste analysis
- Redesigned commercial workflows
- Automation and AI assistance in place
- Adoption plan and measures
The business result of each part is set out under Our approach.
Our approach
Redesign, then automate
The four GrowthBridge™ parts as they apply to this work: from the commercial question to results your team keeps building on.
Map the work
How the commercial team actually spends its time, end to end.
OutcomeThe real workflow, with the waste visible.
Redesign
Remove, simplify and re-sequence before automating anything.
OutcomeA workflow worth automating.
Automate and assist
AI research, drafting, data entry and routing where they save time safely.
OutcomeHours back for customers.
Adopt
Train, measure and adjust with the team.
OutcomeChange that sticks.
Our difference
Practical, measured, adopted
Workflow before technology.
We fix the process first.
Measured in hours and conversion.
Capacity released and what it produces.
With the team, not to it.
People who do the work design the change.
Questions
Which workflows do you start with?
Those that consume the most time and sit closest to revenue: research, proposals, pipeline updates, partner administration.
Is this safe with customer data?
Yes; data handling and tool choices are agreed with your IT and legal teams.
How do you measure success?
Hours released and how they are reinvested: more customer time, faster cycles, better conversion.
Can AI handle the complexity of multiple regions, languages, and buyer personas?
Regional, language and buyer differences need to be designed and tested explicitly. We define the relevant segments and workflows, assess the available data and keep appropriate human review. A model working in one market is not proof that it is suitable in every other market.
How do you ensure AI models remain accurate as our business evolves?
The use case needs an owner, an agreed commercial measure and a way to review performance as the data and business change. We define those responsibilities and the review approach within the assignment. AI output still needs appropriate checks; continuous accuracy is not guaranteed by deployment or retraining.
