Tivio Studio, the European media-tech company pioneering interactive streaming, has chosen nGülam as its strategic go-to-market partner. Together, the two companies will redesign Tivio’s commercial model and bring its patented interactive streaming technology to broadcasters, rights holders and platforms beyond Central and Eastern Europe.
PRAGUE and LONDON, Jan. 14, 2025 — Tivio Studio, a European media-tech company pioneering interactive streaming, and nGülam, a commercial and go-to-market transformation partner for technology, media and telecom companies, today announced a strategic partnership. nGülam will work alongside Tivio Studio’s leadership to revamp the company’s go-to-market strategy and lead its commercial expansion into international markets, building on Tivio’s established presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
Tivio develops patented technology that merges traditional broadcasting with interactive features, built for broadcasters, rights holders, OTT platforms and content creators. It lets its partners turn audiences into active participants through real-time multi-camera switching, live data layers, polls, quizzes and pay-per-view — delivered directly to mobile devices.
The company’s flagship projects include Stargaze, a hybrid platform and TV channel for creators launched in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Prima+, a streaming service that uses Tivio’s solutions to engage audiences in new ways. Tivio Studio also powers interactive experiences for Oktagon MMA, one of Europe’s fastest-growing sports leagues.
Those projects have proven the technology at home. Taking it international is a different challenge. Broadcasters and rights holders in every market are looking for deeper engagement and new revenue lines — but reaching them takes sharp positioning, a repeatable sales motion and the right partner channels, not technology alone. That is where nGülam comes in.
From Proven Technology to a Scalable International Business
Under the partnership, nGülam will lead three connected workstreams with Tivio Studio’s team:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning
Sharpen Tivio’s proposition for broadcasters, OTT platforms, sports rights holders and telecom operators; prioritize markets and segments; and define packaging and a commercial model built for international scale.
Sales Infrastructure & Execution
Build a repeatable sales motion — pipeline, playbooks and enablement — and lead international commercial expansion hands-on, working directly with prospective partners.
Partners & Channels
Establish relationships with media groups, telecom operators and technology partners that accelerate market entry and extend Tivio’s reach.
“Our technology has changed how audiences in our home markets experience live content. Taking it to international markets demands a different commercial engine — clear positioning, the right partners and disciplined execution. nGülam brings the global streaming experience, the network and the operating rigor to build that engine with us, and to help our partners unlock the full potential of interactive streaming.”
Ladislav Navrátil, CEO of Tivio Studio
Global Streaming Experience, Applied Hands-On
The engagement is led by Adrian Janon, Partner at nGülam, who brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across media, technology and entertainment. He has held senior executive roles at global media companies including Paramount Global, Bertelsmann Media and Fox Corporation, and at fast-scaling technology firms including Whip Media, Mondia Media and Boku — building a track record of forging international partnerships and driving scalable revenue growth across streaming, OTT platforms, telecommunications and content distribution.
Consistent with nGülam’s operating model, the work is delivered by senior operators embedded directly with Tivio Studio’s leadership team, from strategy through execution.
“Tivio has built what the market has been asking for: technology that turns passive viewers into active participants and opens new revenue for broadcasters and rights holders. Having worked with broadcasters and platforms around the world, I have seen the appetite for exactly this kind of engagement. Our job is to give Tivio a go-to-market engine that matches the strength of its technology — and to open doors across Europe and beyond.”
Adrian Janon, Partner at nGülam
nGülam’s team will work from London and Madrid alongside Tivio Studio’s team in Prague, with an initial focus on broadcasters, media groups and rights holders across Europe and select international markets. The partnership positions Tivio Studio to expand its footprint, add new revenue streams and strengthen its position as a leader in next-generation streaming.
